**Job Description:**

United Trades of America is seeking a skilled and experienced **Equipment Operator** to join our team. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of construction equipment to assist in the completion of multiple job assignments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Operate heavy machinery, such as loaders, excavators, bulldozers, and graders, safely and efficiently.
- Perform a variety of construction and maintenance tasks, including excavation, grading, demolition, and material handling.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure proper operation and address any minor mechanical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and ensure equipment is used in compliance with company and industry standards.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
