Mr. Ammonia Refrigeration Inc. is seeking a reliable and skilled Equipment Repair Technician to join our team. This role requires a hands-on individual who will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and managing a variety of equipment, tools, and company assets, while also performing general maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills, a clean driving record, and the ability to multitask across various responsibilities, including fleet management, shipping, deliveries, and building maintenance.

- Equipment Repair & Maintenance:
- Repair forklifts, scissor lifts, telehandlers, trailers, power tools, and gas engines.
- Perform routine maintenance on trucks, scissors lifts, forklifts, weld machines, and vacuum pumps (oil changes, tire rotations, fluid level checks, etc.).
- Building & Office Maintenance:
- Perform general building maintenance tasks including painting, changing light fixtures/bulbs, and lawn care (grass and hedge trimming).
- Manage trash removal and maintain a clean workspace.
- Inventory Management:
- Organize and track inventory for reorders (pipe, steel, parts, valves, tools).
- Manage tool check-in/check-out system, ensure tools are repaired and accounted for.
- Fleet Management:
- Maintain service records for straight box trucks, flatbeds, and other company vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance on the company fleet to ensure operational efficiency.
- Deliveries & Shipping/Receiving:
- Pick up and make deliveries throughout Ohio.
- Unload trucks using forklifts, unpack and verify shipments, and organize packing lists.
- Handle loading, tie-downs, and securing loads for non-CDL trucks (24' stake bed).
- Field Work & Shop Tasks:
- Paint pipes and steel both in the shop and on job sites.
- Clean and stock weld trucks to prepare them for job turnover.
- Must pass a drug test.
- Clean driving record.
- Must have a reliable vehicle to commute and a perfect attendance record.
- Experience with building and equipment maintenance preferred.
- Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Forklift certification is a plus, or willingness to learn.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical repairs.
