- Establishing new escrow clients and managing existing escrow clients.
- Managing the escrow process, by coordinating with lenders, real estate agents, and other parties to ensure that all requirements are met before closing.
- Managing, funds, documents, compliance, communication, and reporting.
- Experienced Escrow Officer / Manager with 10 + years as an Escrow Officer.
- With a Book of Business
- Familiar with the South Bay area.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
