Role Overview
Fervently collaborate with the buyer, seller and lender to create closing packets that support a world-class buying experience that prioritizes timely closings, superior service, accurate reporting, and process innovation.
Core Functions
- Communicate, collaborate and build relationships with lenders to produce accurate final closing packets to support timely closings.
- Partner with the closing coordinator to see a file through from start to finish, adapting and pivoting as needed to serve home builder and home buyer with excellence.
- Review and compile all essential documents applicable to the closing to ensure accuracy and compliance in all closing details.
- Work efficiently in title and balancing software, adapt quickly to new essential websites and programs as needed.
- Maintain working knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to the title industry to maintain escrow license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in accounting, payroll, detailed admin work, real estate, etc.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
- Office environment.
- Vision for near, mid-range and far as well as hearing for low, medium, and high pitch.
- Requires physical ability for standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, frequent walking, reaching above head and below waist.
- Must have a current and valid driver’s license and must be able to be insured by company fleet insurance.
- Ability to lift 5 - 20 pounds.
Hours and Schedule
- Average 40 hours per week (8 am-5 pm, M-F).
- No evenings or Sundays.
- Minimal travel required for company events and inter-region collaboration.
