About the Job
Adecco is seeking an Escrow Processing Specialist to join our team in Corona, CA. This position involves providing centralized clerical support for residential escrow transactions, helping to streamline processes for branch offices. Your work will include scanning, imaging, and archiving escrow-related documents, as well as providing essential in-office support functions. This is a repetitive, non-customer-facing role that requires attention to detail and consistency. You'll start with two assigned processes and gradually build up to managing up to 17 tasks as you gain expertise. Performance will be reviewed monthly to assess progress and introduce new tasks. Location: Hybrid (Remote and In-Office as Needed)
Work Hours: M-F, 8 hours (flexible shift, between 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM PST)
Pay Rate: $18/hour
Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire
Key Responsibilities
Scan and image escrow-related documents to maintain archives and ensure quality control.
Work closely with escrow teams to manage lender/buyer funds and fulfill pre-document conditions.
Handle HOA demands, process remediation tasks, and provide escrow support functions on a national level.
Collaborate with managers during monthly reviews to track progress and receive training on new tasks.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently.
Ability to work independently in a high-volume, production environment.
Flexibility to work Pacific Time hours and willingness to work overtime if needed.
Strong communication skills for effective coordination with internal teams.

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
