We are looking for an Escrow Support Processor responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Hybrid - Remote and in office when the business needs and/or risks are required, possibly weekly

We are looking for an Escrow Support Processor responsible for the specific duties listed below.
Hybrid - Remote and in office when the business needs and/or risks are required, possibly weekly
Your specific duties will include:
- Providing centralized clerical processing of all documents connected with the initiation or closing of residential escrows, relieving branches of high-volume processes.
- Communicating information and instructions to escrow branches and occasionally customers.
- Scanning/imaging escrow-related documents to ensure history is archived and that vital records are protected and meet quality control standards.
- Receipt in Lender/ Buyer Funds, work closely with Escrow to provide in-office support, fulfilling prior to doc conditions, manage HOA demands and process remediation and escrow support functions on a national level.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Office Experience, Time Management, Leadership Skills, and Team Player.
- This is an entry-level position, Escrow/industry experience is nice to have.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
