NEEDED!-highly skilled and motivated Trust and Estate Litigation paralegal with 10+ years of experience in Arizona. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Trust and Estate law and experience with the title 46 and title 14 in Arizona.

Background:

-          10+ years’ experience as a Paralegal 

-           3+ years in Estate Litigation

-          Extensive experience with both pre-litigation and litigation

-          Dealt with title 46 and 14 litigation in Arizona

-          Technology experienced with document management and calendaring.
