Estate Probate Attorney - Gpac

A law firm is seeking an Attorney for estate/ probate litigation.

Qualifications:

• Must be admitted to and in good standing with the Nebraska State Bar
• 8+ years of estate/probate litigation experience; tax experience is a bonus but not required
• Empathetic and level-headed demeanor to handle sensitive legacy planning matters
• Takes pride in building meaningful and lasting client relationships
• Ability to manage a caseload independently and meet deadlines efficiently
• Strong analytical skills, and excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
• Driven to develop new client relationships or possesses a current book of business
• 1200 to 1800 billable hours
• A portable book of business is not required but would be a bonus
