Insight Global's client is a leading Family Law and Estate Planning firm in Mankato and St. James, MN. They are seeking a Estate and Trust Attorney to support their growing practice.
Responsibilities:
Litigate a family law matter from start to finish with actual courtroom experience. The firm currently handles estate and trust law, custody, visitation, support, protective orders, and all other aspects of Divorce, Domestic Violence, and Paternity cases
Develop family law cases by researching various issues
Have strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Attend depositions, mediation, and hearings
Review, analyze, and draft legal documents with strong organization, planning, prioritization, and time management skills
Communicate with knowledge and compassion with clients of various levels of sophistication regarding technical matters
Communicate effectively with a variety of contacts, including outside attorneys, in-house attorneys, clients, and support staff with a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics
Track and manage billable hours and ensure all aspects of client and case management are properly met
Additional benefits of this firm include bonus, 401K match up to 4% + profit sharing, unlimited PTO and sick time, and a company paid for vehicle of your choice including gas and service as well as a health reimbursement account of $200 per month.

- Experienced with high value trusts 10 million dollars- Experienced with farm-trusts and business or Agricultural succession planning
