The Esthetician will specialize in various types of treatments and recommendations. They will work with members to create a treatment personalized for them.



Duties & Expectations





+ Perform a variety of services including facials and body treatments



+ Provide consultations with members and ensure they are receiving personalized recommendations for treatment and products



+ Stay current with trends and advancements in the industry



+ Keep accurate records of treatments, sales, and consultations



+ Ensure connections are being built and maintained with the team and members



+ Other duties as assigned by supervisor










Qualifications



Skills & Qualifications





+ Must have a valid esthetician license for California



+ Must have at least two years of experience as an esthetician in a spa, salon, hotel, or club environment



+ Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed



+ Must be organized and have strong attention to detail



+ Possess a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with all departments and members
