ESTIMATOR - EARTHWORK/ UTILITIES

Well established, local EARTHWORK company with a charitable give back culture, is seeking an experienced Estimator within Earthwork/ Excavation/ Utilities to join their team. They offer a variety of services including Earthwork, Excavation, Utilities, Grading, Paving, and MORE! No overnight travel necessary.

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Estimator. The Project Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely cost estimates for various Earthwork projects. The successful candidate will work closely with the sales department and project managers to analyze project requirements, develop cost estimates, and provide necessary documentation to the project team.

Qualifications

• 3+yrs Earthwork/ Excavation/ Utilities/ Grading Estimating experience
• Experience in cost management, budgeting, and construction estimating
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in project estimation, analysis, and documentation
• Ability to analyze and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Microsoft Office and Experience with HCSS HeavyBid (or similar) is a plus
