Position: Estimator - Construction - Corporate Interiors, Commercial or Multi-Family

Key Responsibilities:

• Bid Management: Develop and submit detailed bids, manage deadlines, and prepare proposals.
• Project Oversight: Handle multiple projects, ensuring smooth operations.
• Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and conditions.
• Technical Skills: Perform takeoffs, apply costs, and interpret technical drawings.
• Relationship Building: Maintain strong connections with clients, designers, and subcontractors.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and on-screen takeoff software.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
