Evening Team Leader
Salary:
$14 per hour
Purpose:
The purpose of the Team Leader is to assist Supervisors in effectively managing shift operations, while maintaining their position. By taking responsibility for and executing small segments of tasks, team leaders play an integral role in enhancing overall efficiency.
Requirements:
● Ability to work at least 32 hours per week
● Has a reasonable amount of experience opening or closing a restaurant
● No unresolved issues regarding restaurant policies
● Completes Pathway video training Program

Job Responsibilities:
● Assist Supervisors in managing shift operations, including:
Lead team members in proficient execution of operational tasks
Execute the Position Chart, rotating team members and running breaks
● Address customer service issues in person or on the phone
● Open/Close the restaurant for daily operations
● Work with Team Trainers to ensure continued growth and development of team members in various positions
● Work with Food Quality and Safety Specialist to correct issues coming out of daily assessments
● Exemplify Chick-fil-A’s vision, mission and core values
