As an Event Assistant member, you will play a key role in the success of promotional events, brand awareness kiosks, and other face-to-face marketing activities throughout the area.
About the Role:
As an Event Assistant, you will help manage customer interactions at various promotional events. Your responsibilities will include setting up event spaces, engaging with attendees, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement:
- Provide outstanding service by greeting and assisting event attendees as they approach the promotional stands.
- Engage with customers to promote products, offer tailored recommendations, and answer questions.
- Facilitate a smooth and enjoyable experience for all attendees, ensuring customer satisfaction from start to finish.
Event Setup and Presentation:
- Assist with setting up event spaces, including arranging promotional stands, displays, and branded materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing event area.
- Stay informed about products and promotions to provide accurate information and enhance the customer experience.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to achieve individual and team goals for each event.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on event protocols and promotional strategies.
- Provide feedback and suggestions to improve event operations and enhance attendee satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with attendees and colleagues.
- Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on engaging attendees and exceeding their expectations.
