Event Production Assistant with Driving Responsibilities at Balloon & Paper

Job Description: We’re looking for a reliable and motivated Event Production Assistant to join our fast-paced team! The role involves driving to event locations, inflating balloons, and helping create event decor and crafts.

Responsibilities: •Drive to event locations and transport materials. •Inflate balloons and assist in event setup/breakdown. •Help with crafting and decor production. •Assist with various tasks during event production. Requirements: •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. •Comfortable with a fast-paced work environment. •Flexible schedule (early mornings, late nights, weekends). Preferred: Event or decor experience (not required; training provided).
