Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service to customers by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our rental linen products and services to effectively address customer needs and provide recommendations.
Communication: Utilize strong communication skills to interact with customers via phone, email, and chat, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery and support company goals.
Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve services and enhance overall customer experience.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Education: Currently enrolled in the Entrepreneurship & Advanced Marketing program or a related field.
Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience: Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required. Passion for learning and professional growth is essential.
Familiarity in hospitality industry, Design, Communication Skills for Business, Customer Service and Sales is an advantage.
