Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in planning and executing various events, from corporate gatherings to promotional activities. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring that all events run smoothly and meet our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue selection, and catering.
• Help develop event themes, concepts, and promotional materials.
• Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure event success.
• Manage registration processes and track event attendance.
• Provide on-site support during events to handle logistics and attendee needs.
• Prepare event materials, such as signage and giveaways, ensuring they are delivered on time.
• Evaluate event success through post-event surveys and feedback.
