Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in organizing and executing a variety of events, from open houses and property launches to corporate meetings and industry conferences. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for event planning and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning and execution of property launch events, conferences, and other corporate functions.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and guest list management.
• Ensure all event materials, such as brochures and promotional items, are prepared and delivered on time.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events and ensure alignment with brand strategy.
• Provide on-site event support, including setup, registration, and guest assistance.
• Maintain budgets and timelines for each event, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Collect feedback and prepare post-event reports for continuous improvement.
