We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of various events and promotional activities. Your contributions will help ensure our events run smoothly and achieve our strategic goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and organizing events, including meetings, conferences, and promotional activities.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, transportation, and equipment.
- Work closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
- Manage event registration and attendee communication.
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage.
- Monitor event budgets and provide cost-effective solutions.
- Assist with post-event evaluations and reporting.
- Provide on-site support during events, including setup, execution, and teardown.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- 1-2 years of experience in event planning or coordination.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexible schedule and ability to work evenings or weekends as needed.
