Job Description:
Polous is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Events Assistant to support our event planning team. You will be an integral part of the planning and execution process, working closely with clients and vendors to ensure smooth operations for each event. Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating events, including corporate meetings, social gatherings, and promotional events.
- Liaise with vendors, venues, and suppliers to manage logistics and timelines.
- Support the team in event setup, on-site management, and breakdown.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Monitor budgets and ensure events are executed within financial constraints.
- Maintain event documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
