About the Job
We are hiring for an Executive Administrative Assistant to the President of the Company / Customer Service Representative / Accounts Receivable contact to work out of the Sarasota office 3 days per week and making visits to the our referring physicians and/or preform tasks necessary for the perpetuation of the business the other 2 days per week. There may be weeks where the position requires in-office work all five days of the week as needed.
- Must have a car to drive in the Sarasota, Venice, Bradenton area primarily but may extend now and then to the Tampa - Ft Myers area on special occasions.
- Must be computer literate with Word and Excel, and must be able to manipulate a PDF.
- May have to learn how to import data into Quick Books or into a billing system for one of the customers. Training on those two aspects would be provided.
- Good personality, neat appearance, positive attitude, and self-motivation required for this job.
- May be at the office with our specialists or patients at times, and will serve as front desk check in and out.
- This person must be flexible in moving from job to job throughout the day and week as needed.

Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required for fast learners who are motivated to help our Specialists provide quality care to those patients suffering from the effects of dysphagia. A history of working in the healthcare field would be an enhancement, but is not required. Working under HIPAA compliant conditions is required and must pass a background check and drug test to be compliant to work with medicare patients.
