About the Job
Savvee Consulting is seeking to hire an Executive Support Analyst to support our federal client located in Arlington, VA. Candidates must be able to support executive staff by demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills and be able to work onsite based on the need of the client.
Essential Functions
- Conducting various administrative duties to include:
- Performing Clerical Functions
- Preparing correspondences, briefing material, reports, and daily binders
- Managing calendars to include arranging/scheduling meetings and deconflicting as needed
- Taking meeting minutes, preparing action items, and producing summaries after each meeting
- Coordinating and preparing travel arrangements including flights, hotel, and auto rental by using the Concur travel system
- Providing logistics support for on and offsite meetings including coordinating teleconferences, video teleconferences, meeting registration, and room reservations
- Preparing visitor requests and escorting visitors
- Reviewing all documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and clarity
- Coordinating, responding, and monitoring of document requests from external entities and correspondence for in accordance with CISA policies and procedures
- Being detail-oriented and a flexible managing complex tasks and prioritizing competing demands
- Multi-tasking a in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for the accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
- Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support
