Summary:
Meta is seeking an experienced Administrative Partner to support up to 3 directors in the Meta leadership team. The person in this role will need to be a strong problem-solver, detail oriented and organizationally skilled to manage nuanced calendaring and travel planning. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, and will be resourceful in building relationships across the larger Meta ecosystem. This position is full-time.
Required Skills:
Executive Administrative Partner Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate internal and external meetings
2. Manage complex calendar set-up and movement
3. Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
4. Coordinate both domestic and international travel arrangements
5. Organize space planning, strategic offsite events and team all-hands meetings
6. Build cross-functional relationships between departments
7. General office duties as needed
8. Travel for support with external and internal engagements
Minimum Qualifications:

9. 4+ years of relevant experience providing administrative support to 1 or more executives
10. 4+ years of relevant experience coordinating travel logistics on behalf of 1 or more executives
11. 4+ years of relevant calendar management and expense report management experience for 1 or more executives
12. Experience balancing competing priorities
13. Experience with Microsoft Office and Google Suite

15. Skilled in handling multiple tasks and swiftly adapting to changes on a dynamic team
16. Experienced in organizing and overseeing large and small events
17. Proficient in (or willing to learn) demonstrations for commercial products
18. Experience managing several projects simultaneously
19. Experienced in supporting technological functions within a large-scale tech company
20. Adept at working with both internal and external cross-regional teams/time zones
21. Experienced in close collaboration with other administrative professionals
22. A history of maintaining confidentiality and discretion in all professional relationships
Public Compensation:
$40.38/hour to $55.48/hour + bonus + equity + benefits
