Kyo is seeking a motivated, part-time (20 hours per week) Executive Assistant!
Pay Range: $30-$35 per hour DOE and Location
Responsibilities and Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Complete assigned tasks in an accurate and timely manner
- Support the executive team with:
- Meeting scheduling
- Event planning
- Purchasing
- Travel planning
- Expense management
- Calendar management
- Comply with all Kyo company policies and procedures
- Provide additional support to the executive team as necessary and perform all other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-plus years experience in an Executive Assistant role
- Advanced technology skills - must be proficient with MacBook or equivalent, G-suite applications, Dropbox, MS Office Suite i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint
- Must have the ability to professionally handle confidential information
- Excellent customer service experience, written and verbal communication skills including phone and email etiquette
- Ability to react to day-to-day operational requirements in a professional and timely manner, prioritizing and multitasking to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, judgment and follow-up skills
- Experience maintaining a high volume workload in a fast pace environment
- Ability to take initiative and collaborate in a team environment
- Ability to use active listening and problem solving skills to provide exceptional customer service
- High School graduate or equivalent, B.S. degree or equivalent preferred
Physical and Mental Demands:
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to sit; use hands tol. finger; handle; or feel/hold objects; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; speak and hear
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
- The individual must be able to effectively work in a normal production environment where temperatures and noise levels may vary
- Generally, the incumbent must be able to sit and use a computer for extended periods of time
- Ability to read and interpret documents in the English language such as employee handbooks, training materials and procedure manuals
