Executive Assistant, Amazon Engine - Amazon

Description The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors on our Engine team in Seattle, Washington. About Engine: We're the ones making sure your laptop, servers, and websites work seamlessly-on Prime Day, or on an ordinary Thursday-so that you can build the things you need. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, scheduling up to the level of the CEO's office, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. Basic Qualifications - Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications - 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience - High school or equivalent diploma Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree - Superior attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines - Ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance and react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical skills - Demonstrated ability to design and improve processes - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignments at any given time - High level of integrity and discretion - Impeccable attention to detail - Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
