Spherion Gainesville, FL has a client looking for a polished and professional Executive Assistant to provide assistance in their Gainesville, FL office. Let's get to work.

Schedule: FT, M-F 8a - 5p
Salary: $18 - 23/hr

Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact in the office in person, and by phone
- Scheduling meetings and appointments
- Expenses
- Travel arrangements
- Manage calendars
- Other duties as assigned

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Skills:
- Bachelor's degree preferred

Education:
High School

Experience:
4-7 years

Qualifications:
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years office experience
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
