Executive Assistant - Inno Supps

Inno Supps is the fastest growing direct to consumer supplement company in the industry and we are seeking a highly organized and motivated Executive Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of product initiatives, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, serving as a liaison for localized product development and marketing initiatives to ensure timely and successful product launches.

we are looking for someone extremely driven, upbeat, enthusiastic, who enjoys daily challenges, and is passionate about business and/or health and wellness. If you have an interest in digital marketing, that is a huge bonus as well.

Job Roles include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, facilitating discussions between stakeholders and agencies.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and deliverables.
• Track project progress and performance, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
• Ensure all product features meet quality standards and user expectations before launch.
• Conduct post-launch reviews to assess project outcomes and gather insights for future improvements.
• Help organize assets from marketing teams to localization agencies to ensure seamless execution of product launches.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Meticulously organized with an exceptional eye for detail.
• superb time-management skills with an ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
• Strong understanding of product development processes and methodologies, preferred.
• Understanding of international/localization marketing practices, preferred.
