Summary:
This position will be responsible for leading the end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of assigned deliverables, regarding compliance regulations and processes.
Primary Responsibilities:
+ Administrative Tasks: Provide comprehensive administrative support to our Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer (CECO) and Vice President of Ethics and Compliance (VP). This role requires a highly organized and adaptable individual who is expected to develop an understanding of the Ethics and Compliance organization and its cross-functional partners and use that understanding to seamlessly manage the CECO’s and VPs meeting schedules, travel arrangements, and travel schedules, prepare and submit expense reports, draft basic documents; plan and execute team events and carry out other administrative tasks.
+ Team Management: Guide team members through projects by holding teams accountable for their commitments, setting expectations for project deliverables, managing stakeholders, communications, and creating and implementing an effective system of project governance.
+ Removing roadblocks to their work; and, leveraging organizational resources to improve capacity for project work.
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
+ Unquestionable ethics
+ Demonstrated administrative service to multiple executive leaders
+ Solid understanding of and demonstrated experience in using appropriate tools: Microsoft Office Tools and process mapping tools such as Visio or equivalent.
+ Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills with an ability to manage competing demands and ascertain priorities.
+ Creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to focus on details while maintaining the “big picture” view.
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience interacting with junior team members, senior executives, and government officials.
+ Highly effective interpersonal skills including influencing, collaborating, and team-building.
+ In-depth knowledge and understanding of business needs with the ability to establish/maintain a high level of trust and confidence
Required Education/Experience:
+ Bachelor’s degree required.
+ 5-7 years experience in an executive assistant role in a fast-paced environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
