AA degree or experience in related field required.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to work in service of long-term and short-term goals; flexibility to adapt and modify when needed
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to lift 15-30 lbs.
Will require travel to various locations across the organization’s geographical clusters
Must have CA Driver License
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field preferred.
Experience in an educational setting or non-profit organization is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Spanish is desirable.
Compensation and Benefits
Salary: $70k-$75k
