About the Job
Marcum Search is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support two managing partners for a busy downtown law firm. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day workflow of the partners, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Scheduling and Calendar Management
- Communication and Coordination
- Administrative Support
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience in AI preferred ( EX: Chat GPT, Grammerly, Mixo)
- Experience in an office environment, preferably professional services.
Salary: $60,000-$90,000
