About the Job
A well-tenured Administrative Assistant with experience supporting senior executives and the team of leaders reporting to the executive. This position is contract for 6 months and on site in Montgomery County. Apply TODAY!
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive's daily calendar, phone calls, expense reports, travel arrangements, and other administrative tasks while being prepared for shifting priorities
- Facilitate and organize regular internal and external meetings while providing meeting materials and information as requested
- Support the running of the Office of the CEO as it relates to the wider organization; organizing documents, taking meeting notes, ensuring follow-ups as assigned, etc.
- Continually communicate and provide the Executives with the most up-to-date information regarding each day’s priorities
- Participate in highly confidential discussions and handle all confidential documents and information with appropriate care
Qualifications/Background Profile:
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience supporting senior level leaders in a complex, dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Experience and ability to confidently interface with executive-level contacts inside and outside the company
- Proven proficiency using MS Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Outstanding planning & organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
