About the Job
Responsibilities:
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the CEO and/or other assigned leadership staff
- Acts as a strategic partner and advisor for the executive to assist in making well-informed decisions
- Performs administrative tasks including developing presentation materials and briefs to ensure executives are prepared for meetings
- Identify and defines gaps in communication and other areas, escalating appropriately
- Complex calendar management and meeting coordination
- Be a team expert and go-to person for business related to department and executive
- Arranges travel including hotel/airline and Visas
- Budget and expense management
- Partner with all departments and executive leadership to ensure teams have appropriate resources
- Plan team building events and while having a pulse on culture and executive team morale
- Attend and takes notes in staff meetings, project management tasks, and ensures completion of all action items
- Manage a variety of different projects and events
- Serve as a conduit between the CEO/President and company stakeholders, including by managing relationships and communication
- Partner with the CEO/President to track key project milestones across the company
- Take even the smallest project and run with it to successful completion
- Performs additional duties as assigned as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience providing direct administrative support to Executive level individual
- Incredibly detail-oriented with a creative working style
- Experience with building out programs a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Calm under pressure with a dogged resourcefulness
- Impeccable organization skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to function well in a high-paced environment
- Extremely proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with the ability to learn new or updated software
- Extremely proficient with Excel and PowerPoint
Education:
Bachelor degree in business administration or equivalent preferred
Additional Requirements:
Must have unrestricted ability to work in the United States.
