We are seeking a Corporate Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the company, the CEO, the Board of Directors and the Holding Company. This position will manage the corporate governance function of the company under the supervision of the CEO. Must be highly organized, self-motivated and possess strong writing skills. This position will work with confidential information on a regular basis; therefore, must be able to handle confidential information discreetly.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS

• A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Broad knowledge of such fields as accounting, marketing, business administration, finance, etc., equivalent to a four year college degree,
• Plus 5 years related experience and/or training,
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
