Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and productive Executive Assistant. The ideal candidate possesses previous administrative support experience, confidence in complex logistics, and can work well under pressure in a busy, dynamic environment. To be successful in this role, the candidate must be flexible, reliable, able to work independently, and exercise appropriate judgment/discretion.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements including developing itineraries and agendas
• Manage, track and organize expense reports, invoices and budget
• Assist in all aspects of coordination for senior-level internal/external meetings which includes scheduling, set-up, meeting materials, catering orders and greeting guests
• Answer calls and provide accurate and detailed messages
• Manage miscellaneous tasks, projects, requests, and events as they arise
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all business and personnel matters

• 5+ years of relevant experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or coordination role
• Expertise at managing logistics, meeting deadlines, and navigating competing priorities
• Strong organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships easily
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information in a discreet and professional fashion
• Proficient in Microsoft Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Concur experience strongly preferred

Compensation Information: Annual base salary for this role is $100,000 - $110,000. Salary is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different.
