We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Executive Assistant to support our CEO in our fast-paced finance firm. Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the CEO, managing an extremely active calendar of appointments, meetings, and travel plans.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, following through on issues in a timely manner.
- Develop and maintain a system that ensures the CEO's accessibility and open lines of communication with staff.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for board meetings, including materials, agendas, communication, and follow-up.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on matters pertaining to the CEO.
- Implement and monitor programs as directed by the CEO, and see those programs through to completion.
- Handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly to CEO or owner.
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high-performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), Adobe Acrobat, and Social Media web platforms.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
