Executive Assistant to Co-Founders - Northbound Search

Our client, a real estate consulting start up, is seeking a highly organized and dedicated Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the startup space. The ideal candidate will be a master of calendaring and travel coordination, capable of managing multiple priorities and contributing to the efficiency of our executive team. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and overbooked calendars, proactively scheduling meetings and shifting priorities frequently.
• Plan and coordinate heavy domestic and international travel arrangements.
• Prepare itineraries, agendas, and follow up on action items.
• Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Act as a point of contact between the Co-founders and internal/external stakeholders.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and anticipate the needs of the executive team.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelors degree is preferred. 
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives, preferably coming directly from the startup space.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Expert-level proficiency in calendaring and travel management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and manage competing priorities.
• High level of discretion and professionalism.
