Our client, a growing asset management firm, seeks an Executive Assistant to their Founder. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with intelligent and motivated individuals, and offers the opportunity for growth.
Only qualified candidates will be considered. Qualified candidates will have 10-15 years of experience in a similar role coming out of asset management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare materials for meetings and handle communications.
- Assist with financial and investment-related tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and manage office operations.
- Provide personal support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior level executives in the asset management space.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professionalism.
