Executive Assistant to General Counsel - Graybar

As an Administrative Assistant, you will perform a variety of administrative functions to support the General Counsel.
In this role you will:
+ Maintain calendar for meetings, appointments, and travel
+ Screen communication, including mail, email, and telephone calls
+ Make travel arrangements
+ Provide administrative support
+ Review various contracts and agreements for compliance with Company policy and overall risk profile
+ Provide general litigation support as required
+ Prepare initial drafts of standard correspondence and agreements for review by supervisor
+ Perform legal research under supervision
What you bring to the table:
+ Minimum 3 years experience required; 4+ years experience preferred
+ Two-year degree required; 4 year degree in Business, English or Pre-Law preferred
+ Knowledge of legal concepts, corporate and employment law
+ Oral and written communication skills
+ Analytical and organizational skills
+ Problem solving skills
+ Ability to interact effectively and in a professional manner with diverse internal and external customers
+ Ability to exercise good judgment
+ Ability to maintain high degree of versatility and initiative
Pay Details:
+ The hourly rate for this position is $26.00- $30.00; subject to change based on experience.
Work shift and hours:
+ Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
+ Monday - Friday fully in-office
+ Standard business hours, 40-hour work week
+ Predictable work schedule to plan your life around: no weekends or nights for most roles.
