Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support the President and Leadership Team (comprised of the Technology Executive, Sales Executive, and Operations Executive).
• The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication, organizational skills, and experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support to the President and Leadership Team.
• Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meeting coordination, including scheduling across multiple time zones.
• Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
• Assist in tracking and managing key project timelines, deliverables, and milestones using project management tools.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among the leadership team and other departments.
• Handle confidential information with discretion.
• Support the planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsite events, and other company activities.
• Assist with any ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the executive team.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with project management tools and ability to analyze customer and financial data
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Experience supporting C-suite executives is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
