Executive Assistant

An exceptional opportunity exists for an experienced executive assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer of this 800+ employee organization located in Pompano Beach.

We are seeking :

• A blend of strong technical skills to include intermediate or advanced skill levels with all Microsoft Office applications.
• Additionally, experience and ability to manage the Chief Executive's schedule, time, and agenda are required.
• The ideal candidate will be highly organized and bring a style as an EA that will assist the CEO stay on track and achieve his immediate, short, and medium-term objectives.

Additional work will include:

• Board of Directors interaction to include responding to requests for information, scheduling/coordinating/attending Board meetings along with handling the associated details.
• Finally, a high level of professional and engaging customer service, discretion, and confidentiality will be needed. This position is dynamic and challenging coupled with an enjoyable and rewarding professional work environment.
