Scope of Duties

At Caring for Family of Companies we look for people with a nurturing spirit and a genuine desire to support and care for others. In this role, you can expect some or all of the following duties:

• Oversee the Branch Operations and administrative staff 
• Build and maintain a vibrant network of referral partnerships  
• Develop comprehensive Care Plans for new Clients 
• Manage the ongoing growth and development of the Branch v

Requirements

• Strong sales, relationship management, and business development skills 
• A desire to be out in the community networking and building referral pipelines 
• Excellent management and interpersonal skills 
• Accuracy and attention to detail 
• Excellent collaboration skills and team mindset 
• Strong interpersonal, discretion, and judgment skills 
• Proficiency with technology and electronic devices 
• Sense of warmth, welcome, and professionalism
