About the Job
The Executive Director, Medical Group Transformation will be responsible for developing, overseeing, and collaborating with Medical Group leadership, faculty, and staff on processes, KPIs, and projects driving the day-to-day operations of clinical transformation programs. This critical role will ensure improvement and optimization of clinical workflows and operations to achieve target clinical, financial, and operational outcomes for our medical group and patients.
Responsibilities:Develop, manage, and train faculty and staff to improve and optimize clinical workflows, ensuring high performance, continuous learning, and alignment with clinical transformation goals.
Define, implement, and execute clinical and operational strategies that enhance patient care and radiologist efficiency.
Oversee the development of operational processes for internal and external support staff that will drive successful program outcomes and contribute effectively to transformation initiatives.
Design, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of operational processes and identify areas for improvement.
Lead the development and refinement of program workflows, ensuring they are effectively communicated and adopted by all relevant parties.
Establish a robust operational infrastructure to manage the intake, diagnosis, triage, and escalation of issues, facilitating swift resolution and continuous service delivery.
Drive process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Engage in strategic planning, resource optimization and budgeting to ensure resources are appropriately allocated to support transformation objectives.
Flex responsibilities to support new and different programs, or other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
