This regional leading healthcare organization offers a wide range of clinical services including medical, surgical, intensive care, obstetrics, pediatrics, emergency care, mental health, and primary care services. This facility opened its doors just over 100 years ago and has since proved a timeless commitment to improving the health and well-being of the surrounding communities. 

Reporting to the CEO and CMO, the Executive Director Physician Services will analyze budgets, lead project management, and monitor business trends of various physician practices. Responsibilities include contributing to strategic planning and decision making, promoting an environment of professionalism and innovation, emphasizing performance improvement, monitoring employee engagement, networks with community partners, and serves as an active member of various organizational committees.

What’s Needed to Succeed:

• Graduate degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or related field
• Advanced knowledge of physician practice management
• Prior experience working with rural communities
