Executive Director for Assisted Living (ALF) - Luxor Healthcare

ALF Care Coordinator RESPONSIBILITIES:

• §  Makes rounds to evaluate status of residents and determine resource needs
• §  Obtains assistance for emergencies and assists as necessary.
• §  Identifies, reports, and documents incidents and accidents; participates in investigation of incidents/accidents as necessary.
• §  Assures that caregiving practices are consistent with regulatory requirements.
• §  Participates on committees as necessary.
• §  Completes records and administrative reports as needed.
•  
• §  Maintains regular, reliable, and consistent attendance at the worksite as directed by supervisor.
• §  Performs other duties as assigned.

 ALF Care Coordinator Qualifications:

• Must possess strong organizational and time-management skills.

 ALF Care Coordinator Requirements:

§  Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.

§  Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, and visitors.

§  Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
