Real Estate investment company in Midtown, Manhattan is looking to hire a Temp Executive Personal Assistant to support the CEO. This position covers a maternity leave starting on October 21 st through end of February 2025. Monday - Friday onsite, 8am-5pm with flexibilty after hours.

Minimum Salary: 38.00
Maximum Salary: 45.00
Salary Unit: Hourly
Responsibilities:
- Provide calendar management of internal and external meetings for CEO
- Manage CEO's inbox - communicate via email with clients, investors, partners, board members, and team
- Prepare meeting notes, create and edit presentations, spreadsheets and other documents as needed
- Coordinate business and personal travel logistics, creating itineraries, working with the travel agent and making travel arrangements for CEO
- Schedule dinners and reservations for CEO
- Manage expense reports
- Interface with housekeeper and Nanny as needed
- Assist with ad-hoc job-related and personal requests as needed
- Degree preferred
- Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting a C-level executive
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; can meet deadlines, multi-task, and take full ownership of responsibilities
- Tech-savvy and resourceful
- Proactive, positive, energetic personality with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- $38 - $45/hour pay rate
