Executive Sales Administrator - $26/hr at LC Staffing

LC Staffing is hiring for an internal  Executive Sales Administrator to support the success of our Sales team.

Starting Pay:  $24-26 per hour DOE
Schedule:  Monday through Thursday 8-5, and Fridays 8-2 (but paid for the whole day!)

Essential Job Functions:

• Prepare Sales agreements, and other Sales documents as requested.
• Enter new job orders in system, as requested.
• Take inbound job orders when needed.
• Initiate company compliance steps for new clients and client renewals.
• Build trust relationships by practicing exceptional customer service and sound judgement through phone, email, and personal contact with clients.
• Use various software to prepare documents, reports, Sales campaign lists, and presentations as requested.
• Inspecting, cleaning, updating client data in ATS system.
• Perform market research, as requested.
• Scheduling travel, meetings & other client related functions, as needed.
• Facilitate client appreciation/gifts.
• Track and balance receipts using expense tool.
• Assist with planning and setting up of Client focused events.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative support  and/or marketing role.
• Knowledge of the staffing industry and LC Staffing as a company.
• Previous experience using Canva to create/edit graphic files.
