Required Skills:
- Professional phone skills
- Experience greeting visitors and assisting constituents needing guidance
- Data entry skills
- Scheduling and coordination skills
- Attention to detail to help conduct letter stuffing jobs with multiple enclosures
- Ability to utilize resources to direct callers and visitors to assistance their need
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft office programs - Word, Excel, Access
- Must be able to assist with scanning, filing and handling sometimes confidential/time sensitive documents/materials.
Pay Rate: 40.00 $/Hour
Qualifications:
- Preferred Education: High School
