ECLARO is looking for a Executive Secretary and Administrative Assistant for our client in Albany, NY.

Responsibilities:
Must provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports;
Perform clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, schedule meetings and organization/reconciliation of travel for Executives;
Knowledge of office administration and management; proper grammar, punctuation, and spelling; business communications and ability to take notes is necessary; Maintain office supply inventory;
Manage confidentiality and proper filing of sensitive matters;
Answer and manage phone calls; screen and direct calls to the appropriate staff;
Perform special assignments, studies and routine administrative functions as specifically directed;
Screen incoming correspondence, refer to appropriate staff, and follow up to assure timely response; and perform related duties as required.
Required Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of: three-years' experience working directly for a person in an executive position as an administrative assistant
In addition, must possess and/or have the ability to:
Work individually and as part of a team
Track and manage reporting projects without daily oversight.
Excellent verbal communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills, including experience managing multiple time-sensitive, complex projects simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including working experience with Excel, Webex, MS Teams and Zoom.
Manage various tasks as assigned.
Experience managing travel and other business expense reimbursement for senior staff including working in the Statewide Financial System
