Position Overview:
As the Executive Vice President of Talent Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in driving incremental revenue growth, gross margin expansion, and pre-tax profit optimization within our New York headquarters. With comprehensive oversight of projections, your expertise should encompass hiring, training, developing, and retaining internal staff and leadership talent, empowering this market to become significant contributors to our consolidated Talent Solutions entity. In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will lead the execution of our broad growth strategy, encompassing vertical expansion, pricing optimization, and fostering both contract and direct hire growth. Your expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complexities of our evolving market landscape. Furthermore, you will be entrusted with ad hoc responsibilities within the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), leveraging your strategic insights and leadership acumen to drive organizational excellence and innovation.
Responsibilities of the Executive Vice President of Talent Solutions:
HIRING, TRAINING/DEVELOPMENT, & CULTURE:
- Spearhead the identification of internal staff and leadership talent within the market, functioning as the primary driver of talent acquisition
- Lead the comprehensive training and development initiatives across the entire organizational structure of the market
- Orchestrate quarterly results and awards calls for the market, fostering a culture of recognition and achievement
- Cultivate a vibrant social, sales, and performance culture within the market, serving as its chief advocate and ambassador
- Actively participate in various staffing-wide calls, meetings, trainings, strategic initiatives & events as an active member of our Executive Leadership Team
CLIENT & STAFFING GROWTH EXECUTION:
- Drive measurable results aligned with the EVP role’s objectives through meticulous execution of strategies
- Play an integral role in daily activities focused on margin growth, client expansion, and internal talent recruitment
- Foster a dynamic and inclusive culture within the markets, actively engaging with staff and leaders to promote cohesion and growth
STRATEGIC PLANNING & FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans for the market, assuming ownership of its long-term trajectory
- Collaborate on defining territories and vertical strategies, overseeing the launch of new markets
- Harness sales and business intelligence reporting to inform and drive sustainable business growth
- Manage monthly projections for individual markets and consolidate market performance, ensuring alignment with financial objectives
- Strategically manage operating costs, with a focus on optimizing compensation structures to maximize profitability
- Meet target business mix Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive profitability and sustainable growth
- Attain target Per Desk Average (PDA) margin requirements to enhance overall profitability
Qualifications for the Executive Vice President of Talent Solutions:
- 10+ years of experience in staffing recruitment, with 7+ years in a managerial or leadership role
- Proven Leadership Experience: Demonstrated success in executive leadership roles within the staffing industry or related fields, showcasing the ability to drive revenue growth, margin expansion, and profitability
- Strategic Vision: Strong strategic acumen with a track record of developing and executing growth strategies that align with organizational objectives
- Financial Acumen: Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L analysis, with a focus on driving profitability and operational efficiency
- Talent Development Expertise: Experience in recruiting, training, and retaining top talent, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the staffing industry landscape, including market trends, competitor analysis, and client needs, to inform strategic decision-making
- Results-Driven Approach: Proven ability to deliver measurable results in revenue generation, margin improvement, and market share expansion, with a focus on driving sustainable growth
- Collaborative Leadership Style: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent: Ideally in business administration, finance, human resources, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus
