Are you a dynamic health professional looking to make a real impact? We’re hiring Industrial Health Clinicians to provide top-notch wellness and injury prevention for our workforce. We are searching for full time team member for our 2nd shift Monday-Thursday, 2p-12:30a.

Who You Are:

• Exercise physiologist with experience in clinic exercise prescription and manual therapy techniques.
• Passionate about preventative care and rehabilitation

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and maintain injury prevention programs
• Conduct early intervention and ergonomic assessments
• Implement wellness and job coaching initiatives
• Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute onsite prevention programs, with work simulation and job coaching.
• Promote health initiatives and engage with staff
• Collaborate with HR, safety teams, and management
• Track and report program metrics

Physical Demands:

• Frequent walking, sitting, and computer use
• Occasional lifting up to 50 lbs

Dress Code:

• Professional attire with site-appropriate PPE as needed
